My Plan
Motivation: Start the day with meditation to help me stay motivated.
Exercise: Increasing my metabolism by increasing my muscle mass. I will achieve this with more exercise, and refocusing on conditioning individual muscles, and varying my aerobic activities.
Eating Properly: I am not going to starve myself. Starving me is starving my muscles, so I am going to focus on eating properly by eating quality food.
Learn and Share: Writing about my experience and what I have learned with others will help reinforce my motivation.
The Known Enemies to fight along the way.
Motivation: Not seeing immediate results. This process should take a while so staying motivated will take some work.
Exercise: Time is an enemy, how do I fit exercising in on a busy, stressful day?
Eating Properly: Ben and Jerry still make ice cream right? Then there could be a problem.
Learning: Wading through all the bull-pucky out there that and finding the right advice.
Sharing: Not going to be a problem! Unless I am too busy cooking and exercising to write.
